Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.316 dated 02.06.2025, registered under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal.

By virtue of order dated 03.07.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute.

Learned counsel for the State has filed status report by way of an affidavit of Nayab Singh, HPS, Dy. Superintendent of Police, (HQ), Karnal on behalf of the State of Haryana, today in Court and the same is taken on record. He further, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation. 5.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 03.07.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
