RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CM-3246-CWP-2024 Instant application has been filed praying for disposing of the main petition in view of the compromise dated 15.02.2024, Annexure P-7. It has been submitted by counsel for the applicant/petitioner that during pendency of the present petition, both the parties have amicably resolved their issue by way of compromise, dated 15.02.2024, which is placed on record as Annexure P-7, hence the present petition be disposed of as such.

CM-3246-CWP-2024 in/and CWP-7534-2015 -2In view of the above facts, the present application is allowed. Main case is preponed to today and is taken up on Board today itself. Main case Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction for quashing of order dated 18.11.2014, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 04.06.2014, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.2 as the same are illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice. It is also prayed that during pendency of the present petition, operation of orders dated 18.11.2014 and 04.06.2014, Annexures P-2 and P-1, respectively be stayed.
As both the parties have compromised the matter vide compromise deed, dated 15.02.2024, Annexure P-7, as mentioned in the above-mentioned application bearing CM-3246-CWP-2024, the present petition is disposed of.
Impugned orders are set aside.
Respondent/authorities are directed to carry out further necessary action in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties and the parties shall be bound by the terms of compromise.
