AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Having invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.11 dated 24.01.2019 under Section 420 IPC registered at P.S City Ferozepur, District Ferozepur, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-71664-2025 vide which aforesaid FIR has since been quashed on the basis of compromise dated 15.12.2025 (P.3) arrived at between the parties, thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
