Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent(s) for considering the name of petitioner under the Backward Class Category for Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test, 2015. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that her grievance has been redressed, therefore, she does not want to pursue the present petition any further.
