*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.31 dated 11.03.2010, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sector 55/56, District Gurugram on the basis of compromise dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-3) which is stated to have been effected between the parties. Vide order dated 29.08.2019, parties were directed to appear before the learned Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court for recording their statements with regard to the compromise.

A report from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram has been received. Perusal of the same reveals that in the absence of complainant, statements of parties were not recorded.

Parties did not appear before the learned Magistrate. It seems that no compromise, as projected, has been effected between the parties. Neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor on behalf of respondent No.2.
