Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the employee's share in the Employees' Provident Fund to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum. As per petitioner, he had joined the respondent-Corporation in December, 1978, his services were regularized in July, 1992 and subsequently, he retired on 31.12.2016. He was not given the benefit of his work charge service for the computation of pensionary benefits. Petitioner had deposited the amount, but his own share in employees' provident fund has not been released to him despite representation dated 10.09.2017 (Annexure P5).

In view of the controversy involved in the matter at this stage, present writ petition stands disposed of without issuing notice to the respondents, with the directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to look into the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.10 16:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
