(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this petition being aggrieved by the orders dated 29.06.2021 (Annexure P-1) and 30.06.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No. 2 suspending and debarring it from bidding in CPWD tenders for a period of one year with effect from 01.07.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondentauthorities be directed to consider and decide its representations dated 09.07.2021 (Annexure P-19), 18.08.2021 (Annexure P-20), 01.09.2021 and 07.09.2021 (Annexure P-21).

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 - Union of India on advance copy submits that the authorities shall consider and decide, if not already considered and decided, the aforesaid representations of the petitioner expeditiously. He further submits that in case the respondent-authorities have already decided the petitioner's representations, the decision thereon would be communicated to it expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 - Union of India, the petition stands disposed of.
