*** SUVIR SEHGAL, J.(ORAL) This is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.81, dated 09.08.2021 registered for offence under Sections 376 and 506 of IPC, 1860, at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial court. Photocopy of the judgment dated 25.01.2022 has been placed on record. In view of the above, the petition is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
