On the asking of court, Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Only grievance of the petitioner is that its bills have not been cleared for the work done by him. According to him, legal notice Annexure P-2 is still pending with the department.
