+ The challenge in this revision petition is to order dated 21.04.2023 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nuh, whereby the stay of alienation of property in dispute granted vide order dated 01.03.2021 (Annexure P-6) has not been extended. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the appeal is pending adjudication for 16.08.2023. He would be satisfied if the learned Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the appeal in a time bound manner.

Without discussing the merit of the case, the learned First Appellate Court, is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of 10 days from 16.08.2023 without seeking any further time. In case, any of the party does not appear to argue the matter, then in the interest of justice, the learned First Appellate Court shall proceed further in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present revision petition is disposed of.
