(Oral) The petitioner alleges that the Gram Panchayat of his village and other authorities have committed large scale illegalities in the matter of allotment of 100 square yard plots under the 'Indira Awaas Yojna'. It is further alleged that since most of the allotments have been made to the ineligible persons, complaints have been made and on enquiry this fact has been fully established vide enquiry report dated 28.6.2013 (P-4) but no follow-up action is being taken despite the complaints and representations made by the petitioner including dated 21.10.2015 (P-9).
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of relief sought in this writ petition however without expressing any views of the merits of the allegations, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, to call for the records and if MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.04.11 14:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
