(Oral) Prayer of the petitioner is that he has been granted parole for the period for three weeks commencing from 16.10.2018 to 05.11.2018. According to him, as the harvesting of paddy crop would start in first week of November, 2018, thus, the parole granted to him would prove futile. Notice of motion.

Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. A copy of the petition be supplied to him today itself. He submits that the matter shall be reconsidered by the Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, and a fresh order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case, not later than ten days. In view of statement made by him, this petition is hereby disposed of.
