Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent Nos. 4 & 5 to release the retiral benefits of petitioner alongwith interest from the due date till its realization.

After hearing the arguments at length, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
