Petitioner has impugned order dated 30.07.2018 passed by the Sub District Registrar, Palwal-respondent No.2 primarily on the ground that he has not taken into consideration the provisions of the Act while passing the order.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Vishal Garg, Addl.A.G., Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that a fresh order shall be passed by the authority within one month from today after considering the provision of the Act, if found relevant. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of.
