(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate action and submit report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.90 dated 06.05.2019, under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
