This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 66, dated 16th May, 2020, under Sections 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Bahavwala, District Fazilka.

After arguing for sometime, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 4.
