(ORAL) ase heard via Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.399, dated 10.08.2021, having been registered at Police Station City Sirsa, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323 and 452 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar, submits that the petitioners having joined investigation pursuant to the order dated 14.10.2021, their custodial interrogation is not required. That being so, the petition is allowed, with the order passed on 14.10.2021 made absolute on the same terms and conditions,
