This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Change of Land Use (CLU) permission granted to respondent No.3 vide memo No.CLU/RI-1014A/CTP/202427/2025 dated 30.05.2025 (Annexure P4) for setting up of an industrial unit over an area measuring 7663.37 square meter in revenue estate of Village Akera, Sub Tehsil Dharuhera, Rewari. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State has submitted that against the impugned letter/order dated 30.05.2025, an appeal is maintainable under Section 10 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file the said appeal, in accordance with law. 4.

Keeping in view the abovesaid facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
