The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0237 dated 18.09.2020 registered under Sections 452, 323, 148, 149, 506, 498-A and 427 IPC at Police Station Tanda, District Hoshiarpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this he would be satisfied if the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the averments made by the petitioner in the complaint dated 31.08.2020 (Annexure P-9) made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, before filing of the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
Learned State counsel has no objection if the above prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, at this stage, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating RAVINDER SINGH 2020.12.02 07:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
