Today lawyers are abstaining from work.

The prayer in this petition under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.52, dated 27.02.2025, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, at Police Station Munak, District Karnal, Haryana (Annexure P-1).

Status report dated 27.08.2025 filed by way of affidavit of Goorakh Pal, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police Assandh, Karnal filed by respondent-State through registry is taken on record. 4.

On 24.07.2025, the following order was passed:- "

Status report by way of affidavit on behalf of the State has been handed over in the Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to counsel for the petitioner.

After perusing the status report, this Court feels that a fresh reply be filed in the following terms:- A. Copy of the victim's passport.

B. Copy of the victim's highest educational qualification.

Petitioner is directed to join investigation on 01st & 02nd August 2025 at 10 AM and cooperate in the investigation. To enable the petitioner to join investigation, his arrest shall remain stayed till the next date.

Today, ASI Rajiv Kumar has informed this Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of the order dated 24.07.2025 and is no longer required for further investigation. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 24.07.2025, whereby the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, is hereby made absolute. However, she shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.
