Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking allotment of paddy for milling as per his entitlement for the year 2018-19. It has been urged before the court that no recovery is pending against the petitioner and he has completed all the necessary formalities. He also has no objection certificate, Annexure P-5 issued by the procurement agencies. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. He, at the outset, submits that matter would be examined by the concerned authority at the earliest, in any case not later than two week's and petitioner shall be apprised accordingly. In view of above, no further adjudication is necessary at this stage. Disposed of.
