Through the instant petition, prayer has been made for conducting fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No. 0091 dated 10.7.2021, under Sections 336, 341, 506, 427, 148, 149 IPC and 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Arniwala, District Fazilka.

Today, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by ASI Gurnam Singh, informed this Court that the investigation has already been completed and the final report qua three of the respondents has been filed, whereas, one person has been found innocent.

In view of the aforesaid position, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the trial court for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, if any.
