(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.) 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case GD No. 32 dated 12.05.2024 (in the order it is mentioned as DDR No. 32 dated 12.05.2024) registered under Sections 354, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Charanjit Singh, informs that vide DDR No. 10 dated 09.08.2024, Sections 354, 148 and 149 IPC have been deleted and Section 34 IPC has been added in the present case.
