**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to count his daily wager service as a qualifying service for the pupose of pensionary benefits for the period 01.01.1979 to 02.07.1990 along with all consequential benefits.

A detailed legal notice dated 23.12.2014 in this regard (P-4) has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above.
