In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is for setting aside the order dated 18.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) passed in Original Application No. 1126 of 2025 by respondent No. 2- learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh (herein after referred to as 'the Tribunal'), by which transfer order dated 26.09.2025 was quashed and set aside and respondent No. 1 has been allowed to service at DE, western Command Chandigarh.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order has already been complied with qua the respondent. Consequently, the order which is the subject matter before the Tribunal has also been passed but only cause of concern is that the findings recorded in the impugned order can open the floodgates for similarly situated persons and therefore, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been RIYA 2026.07.03 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
