In this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 10.07.2017 (Annexure P-13) passed by respondent No.2 and further impugned order dated 20.03.2017 (Annexure P-12) passed by respondent No.5 vide which claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh, in accordance with law.
