(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to quash order dated 29.07.2024, passed by the Assistant Collector Grade-1 (Tehsildar), Rajpura, District Patiala along with partition application dated 03.06.2021 (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedies of revision before the competent authority, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
