(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.102 dated 20.05.2025 under Sections 108, 190 of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 02.07.2025 passed by this Court, petitioners have joined the investigation.

The learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of order dated 02.07.2025 and are not required for custodial interrogation. CRM-M-33698-2025 -2In this view of the matter, interim order dated 02.07.2025 is made absolute.
