(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 407 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for transferring the criminal trial pending before the learned Court of JMIC, Jalandhar bearing No.CHI/373/2022, titled State Vs. Gagandep Singh and another in FIR No.0128 dated 8.10.2021, registered under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Women Jalandhar to any competent Court at Giddarbaha as the entire occurrence/ incident has occurred at Giddarbaha. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
