Learned State counsel submits that due to paucity of time, it is not possible to verify the facts mentioned in the petition. This court finds substance in the plea. Besides, emergency parole cannot be availed for such purpose as there is nothing to show that the emergency parole can be availed for aforesaid purpose. Thus, the present petition without being on merits, is hereby dismissed.
