This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.13 dated 27.10.2011 under Sections 406, 498-A, 494, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana in which she has been declared as a proclaimed person by the Trial Court vide order dated 03.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has also filed a petition (CRM-M-38601-2023) impugning the order dated 03.01.2020 whereby the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person in the above FIR and pursuant to the order dated YOGESH SHARMA 2023.09.01 11:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.

2023:PHHC:114495 CRM-M-38858-2023 (O&M) -207.08.2022 passed in the said petition, the petitioner has surrender before the Trial Court on 10.08.2023 and she has been released on interim regular bail on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety in the like amount and hence the present petition has since been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
