G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioners are seeking the relief from respondents no. 4 and 5 regarding the payment of the contributory provident fund as per the provisions of the Panjab University Calendar and also enhanced fund as a result of pay revision etc.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the jurisdiction would now lie to the Education Tribunal, Punjab. Resultantly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction.
