VAZIFDAR, CHIEF JUSTICE: (Oral) Mr. Goel, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3 states that the investigations are at an advanced stage and the original files are required by respondent No.3. He, however, states that the State Government or any other official respondents are at liberty to take inspection and copies of any documents required by them. In view thereof, the State Government or any other official respondents are directed to inspect the files with respondent No.3 and obtain copies thereof, if necessary, for the purpose of considering the petitioner's application for renewal of the licence.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
