Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh representation before the competent authority. In view of above, present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid and in case, the representation filed by the petitioner is not considered favourably, he shall have the right to challenge the same before this Court.
