(Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue a tube-well connection to the petitioner. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that, in case, the petitioner completes the necessary formalities within 03 weeks from today, his case for grant of tube-well connection shall be decided within 02 weeks thereafter. In view of aforesaid, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
