The petitioner has already repaid a sum of `2.50 lacs. The balance loan amount as on date is approximately `5.60 lacs. Counsel for the petitioner states that given some reasonable time, the petitioner shall deposit the balance amount in equal monthly installments. [2] Having heard learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the financial condition of the petitioner coupled with the total balance amount, it is directed that let the petitioner pay the balance loan amount within a period of eight months starting from April 2018 onwards. The petitioner is directed to approach the respondent-Bank to find out the due amount of monthly installment. He shall abide by the directions given hereinabove failing which the Bank shall be at liberty to proceed against him in accordance with law.
