Petitioner has impugned the transfer order dated 27.09.2018 (Annexure P-1) whereby he has been transferred from Industrial Training Institute, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar to Industrial Training Institute, Pathankot on the ground that same is in violation of the transfer policy. Learned State counsel submits that matter shall be considered by the competent authority within one month.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
