Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent(s). Admittedly the case is fixed before the State Election Commission, Haryana on 07.12.2020 where personal appearance of the petitioner has been sought. Only grievance of the petitioner is that he has been asked to submit his reply to the show cause notice which he submitted way-back on 04.10.2018. In view of above, we dispose off the writ petition and give liberty to the petitioner to submit another copy of the reply to the show cause notice as well as record, if any, accompanied therewith. Needless to observe this court hopes and trusts that State Election Commission, Haryana would not delay the matter any further and take a decision as regards the show cause notice issued to the petitioner at the earliest.
