In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No. 26240 of 2018 Date of Decision: 11.10.2018 Puja Nautiyal alias Pooja Kumari ... Petitioner(s)

Versus

Union of India and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. Sunil Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to grant 50% pension to the petitioner being minor daughter of late Shri Ram Chander.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that pension is being released to the elder brother of late Shri Ram Chander. In view of above, present writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative legal remedy as available under the law.
