Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was offered appointment on compassionate basis, but was cancelled on his non-joining on account of pendency of a criminal case, of which he has been acquitted vide judgment dated 24.07.2019, regarding which he would file a representation alongwith the said judgment, to the respondents, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same be decided within a further period of 6 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
