(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to decide his grievance i.e representation dated 02.11.2020 (P-3) whereby petitioner has sought suspension of Municipal councilors (Ward No. 1, 3 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12) of Municipal Committee Jakhal Mandi in the light of Section 14-A (1) of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973. The private respondent No. 6 to 15 have been made as accused in F.I.R No. 154 dated 16.10.2020 under Sections 306/34 IPC and thus, they are liable to be suspended. On 27.12.2018 (P-1), they have been declared elected as Members of the Municipal Committee, Jakhal Mandi, District Fatehabad. On 16.10.2020, the above F.I.R No. 154 was registered against respondent Nos. 6 to 15.
