Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioner against the post of Sweeper. Learned State Counsel produced a copy of order dated 10.11.2021, vide which services of petitioner to the post of Sweeper has been regularized and order is taken on record as 'Mark-X'. In view of the aforesaid order, grievance of petitioner stands satisfied.

Disposed off.
