(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently certain documents could not be appended along with the writ petition to show the possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents showing the possession of the petitioner in spite of the award having been announced. 2.
