After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail such other alternative remedy as may be available to them. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Needless to say that grant of liberty to the petitioner be not construed to mean an expression of opinion on the merits of the claim of petitioners.
