**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been invoked for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for directing official respondents to produce and release the detenue-Shakila who is in illegal detention of respondent Nos.4 to 16. On the last date of hearing i.e. 29.07.2024, report of Warrant Officer was called for.

Report of Warrant Officer dated 30.07.2024 has been received. Mr. Azad Khan, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No.11 and has filed his Power of Attorney in Court, which is SANGEETA 2024.08.06 15:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRWP-7252-2024 taken on record. He informs this Court that the alleged detenue has already married with respondent No.11-Sarfaraz s/o Khurshid. The petition seeking protection was preferred before this Court bearing CRWP-7237-2024 stands disposed of on 31.07.2024 by the coordinate Bench of this Court.

In the light of above, the present habeas corpus petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
