(Oral) The petitioners are seeking directions to the respondents to rectify the seniority lists of the year 2006 pertaining to Masters and rectify the seniority lists of the year 2005 pertaining to Lecturers in case of petitioner and give all other service benefits at par with their juniors. A detailed legal notice dated 01.01.2016 in this regard (P-7) has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioners states, that at this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the legal notice, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to GAURAV ARORA 2016.05.10 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
