The challenge in the present writ petition is to an order dated 10.04.2015 passed by respondent No.2 whereby petitioner-firm has been blacklisted but without giving any opportunity of hearing. Mr. Bhardwaj, learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab states that the said order be set aside with liberty to the respondents to reconsider the issue of blacklisting of the petitioner-firm and the respondents shall pass order afresh after complying with the principles of natural justice. In view of the said fact, the present writ petition is allowed and order dated 10.04.2015 is set aside.

However, it shall be open to the respondents to consider the issue of blacklisting of petitioner-firm after compliance of principles of natural justice. ( HEMANT GUPTA ) JUDGE ( LISA GILL ) April 27, 2015.
