(Oral) CM-15196-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR5156-2019) from 21.01.2023 to an early date. Notice of the application was issued on 14.11.2022, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioners. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-respondent nos.1 to 4, the main revision petition is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off.

CR No.5156 of 2019 Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 would contend that the present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.04.2019 dismissing the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC filed by the petitioners. He would further contend that vide judgment JITENDER KUMAR 2022.12.06 10:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
