**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to ensure protection of the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondents No. 4 to 6, who are family members of petitioner No. 1, along with any other appropriate relief deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Since the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
