Present writ petition has bee filed by the petitioner, who is claiming himself to be the son of his mother and plea has been taken that his father has not been heard since 2015. But there is no declaration from any Court by now or claim has not been decided as yet that he is the only legal heir and entitled to get pension or what would be the share in case of any other legal heir in this case.
In view of above, present writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative legal remedy as available under the law.
